政府公信力就是政府的影响力与号召力,它是政府公共治理的合法性根源,是维系社会信用体系的核心,同时也是社会主义市场经济秩序的基础。通常地,可以把政府行为的法治程度、政府政策的规范程度、政府的民主化程度、政府官员的道德感和廉洁程度、政府工作的公开程度作为衡量政府公信力的主要指标。当前,我国可以通过加强政府的法治建设、推行政务公开、引导公共决策中的公众参与、提升政府绩效等方面入手提升政府公信力。

The credibility of the government,known as the government's influence and appeal,is not only the legitimacy root of government's public management and the core of defending the social credit system,but also the base of socialist market economic order.Generally,the following can work as the main targets of measuring the government's credibility,which includes the extent of the rule of law of the government's act,the standardized level of government policies,government's degree of democratization,morality and cleanliness of the government officials and the openness of government work.At present,the credibility of the government in China can be enhanced in many ways,such as strengthening the government's rule of law,implementing the practice of making government affairs public,guiding the public participation in public decision-making and improving the government efficiency.
