中国共产党始终把为民造福作为最大政绩，这充分彰显了树立和践行正确政绩观的人民立场。其中，一切为了人民是正确政绩观的价值导向，依靠人民创造政绩是正确政绩观的力量来源，由人民检验政绩是正确政绩观的衡量标准。从形成渊源来看，正确政绩观的形成是党的性质和宗旨的根本体现，是坚持唯物史观的本质要求，是推动高质量发展的现实需要，也是对党的历史经验的科学总结。树立正确政绩观具有重要的价值，体现在回答中国共产党“为什么人”之问、形成了区别于其他政党的执政理念、引领中国式现代化实践进程新发展、推动中国共产党战略部署贯彻执行。正确政绩观重在践行，要求强化矛盾意识、做好调查研究、尊重客观规律、勇于实干担当、力戒形式主义、完善考核评价体系，将党的群众路线贯穿于政绩创造的全过程。

The Communist Party of China always regards benefiting the people as its greatest political achievement, fully demonstrating the people-centered stance of establishing and practicing a correct understanding of governance performance. In this regard, working entirely for the people constitutes its value orientation, relying on the people to deliver performance is its source of strength, and having the people judge performance is its evaluation criterion. From the perspective of its origin and formation, the formation of a correct understanding of governance performance fundamentally embodies the nature and purpose of the Party, represents the essential requirement of upholding historical materialism, meets the practical needs of promoting highquality development, and serves as a scientific summary of the Party's historical experience. The establishment of a correct understanding of governance performance holds significant value, reflected in answering the Party's question of “for whom” to serve, forming a governance philosophy distinct from that of other political parties, guiding new developments in the practice of Chinese modernization, and facilitating the implementation of the Party's strategic plans. A correct understanding of governance performance places paramount emphasis on implementation, which requires strengthening awareness of contradictions, conducting thorough investigations and research, having respect for objective laws, daring to take concrete actions and shoulder responsibilities, guarding resolutely against formalism, improving assessment and evaluation systems, and applying the Party's mass line throughout the entire process of performance delivery.
