Establishing and practicing a correct understanding of governance performance is an important guideline for ushering in a new chapter in Chinese modernization and promoting its steady and long-term development. A correct understanding of governance performance is an inherent part of the unique values of Chinese modernization and the crystallization of the Party's long-term practical exploration on the path of modernization. It directly relates to the success or failure of the cause of Chinese modernization.
