党内法规是党内各类规章制度的总称。当前,党内法规制度建设既取得了可喜的成就,也还存在着诸多的不足,其中一个突出的问题就是党内法规制度的科学性、系统性和权威性有待加强。解决这一问题的当务之急就是要借鉴国家法律体系的相关理论,构建和完善具有中国共产党自身特色的党内法规制度体系。
Abstract：The internal regulations and laws of the CPC include all types of regulations and systems.Up to now,great achievements have been made,but some defects also exist.The key issue is to strengthen the regulations,laws and systems and make them scientific,systematic and authoritative.It is urged that the internal regulations,laws and systems,which have their own features of the CPC,should be constructed and improved by using the experience of the releveant theory of state law system.
